Sales Representative Role


Job Description

To sell Wave products to new accounts and proactively develop new business opportunities as well as produce exceptional results by providing the very best client service to corporate clients.

This will involve

Undertaking telephone prospecting campaigns to identify and develop all new business opportunities.

Use each contact to continuously build & increase the client profile & develop one to one relationships within the whole of the client.

Use client knowledge to develop revenue through proactive sales & account management.

Achieve & exceed sales revenue expectations.

Communicate effectively with clients on new product launches and marketing initiatives through an organized campaign approach.

Provide customer support on the website or refer to specialists when appropriate.

Share information with Sales Executives, colleagues, peers and managers.

Ensure that your product knowledge is always up to date and accurate.

Required Experience

Three years sales experience in an environment of stretching targets.

Experience working in a busy classified or telesales environment.

Work well under pressure.

Have a positive ‘can-do' attitude and outlook.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships both face to face and via telephone.

Revenue driven and motivated by challenging targets. Commercially aware of all day to day activity and how it impacts sales revenue.

Ability to build relationships at all levels.

Past performance demonstrating excellent sales ability.

Tenacity to chase business and develop all sales opportunities.

Understanding of products and brands and their positioning in the market.

Ability to be agile, remain focused and make smart decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
