| Wave Global Services UK Limited was founded in 2005 with an initial capital investment of £25,000. The mission was to package high-end software and services for messaging migrations at reasonable prices.

This quality is accomplished by Wave’s policy to employ a mix of industry specialists and academics from different backgrounds. On top of this, Wave re-invests around 50% of their turnover in R&D for new innovations. Thanks to this strategy, Wave is now able to make use of their cutting edge software WaveBox to enhance the speed and quality messaging migration projects.
With the Pay the Right Price concept (PRP) as the foundation of the brand, Wave have already established their market position and brand recognition among industry players.
Coming from a £30,000 turnover in year one to £1.3 Million four years later, Wave is now ready to take things to the next level. The aim of the company is to become a professional international developer of mobile communication software, as well as a player in the business phone market.
The company is completely self-sufficient and growing rapidly. With an estimated turnover of £10M in 2011, Wave is planning on going public by the end of 2011.
